Scanner not displaying an image or operating incorrectly.

Exit out of Betty to the desktop. Double click the 'Service to scanner' icon (a pink steering wheel). In the window that opens click on 'Stop' and then 'Start'. You may now close the service scanner program and log back into Betty.

This process simply restarts the scanner service. If the problem persists check that the scanner is connected to the computer correctly, if so contact support.
